Fishboy

Doodled  this based on  a challenge I saw posted over at DAC which was to design a character with a cool palette of any mixture of blue, purple, and green

And before you ask , no it isn't Abe sapien or lagoon boy .  maybe inspired or influence by Abe sapien . But at the time of drawing it , i was just drawing a mere boy.
  I ended calling him fishboy.    that was what i ended up with.
